airdvr 200 #1 February 20, 2009 Alot of coffee! Mopped things up...set it in front of one of those ceramic heaters for 24 hours and it booted up this morning. I'm amazed! Please don't dent the planet. Destinations by Roxanne
hcsvader 1 #2 February 20, 2009 I'm usually more pissed off about spilling my coffee than anything! A few years ago I had just stopped and picked up my morning coffee. At the next intersection just as I was about to have my first sip someone rear-ended me. My coffee exploded all over the interior of my car. I could care less about the damage to my vehicle. All I could think was "FUCK YOU, You spilled my fucking coffee!"Have you seen my pants? it"s a rough life, Livin' the dream >:)

Rookie120 0 #5 February 20, 2009 It still worked? DAMN! About 6 months ago I dumped a Pepsi on my keyboard and it was shot. I tried to clean it but it was shot. Had to get a new one.If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!
mrwrong 0 #6 February 20, 2009 Last fall I managed to tip over a glass of wine and my laptop got SOAKED in wine.... Fast as HELL I unplugged the power cord and the battery.... I tried to shake the laptop while holding it upside down over the sink to get as much wine out as possible... Then I put it into the oven at 50 degrees C (122 F) for about 12-14 hrs...... It has worked perfect ever since Although the keyboard was a bit effort demanding to use a couple of months... I had to press the keys qute hard... Eventually it cleared up... “The sum of intelligence on the planet is a constant; the population is growing.” - George Bernard Shaw He who dies with the most toys, wins..... dudeist skydiver # 19515 Buy quality and cry once! regulator 0 #8 February 20, 2009 Personally I'd suggest you removed the keyboard...There is usually a plastic bezel you can pop up and there will be a few small screws holding it in place. Wrap the connector in tape and wash the keyboard with soap and water. Otherwise in a few weeks you will find the sugar and other stuff will granulate under your keyboard and you keys will start sticking...then you old lady will think you've been beatin it to porn while she was at the store. Just trying to save you some heartache in advance.
