More about excercise

I've been working out for a while; it has been discussed in a few threads. I finally got to a point where I have a great arch, [it can only continue to get better] now I just wish I had the money to do a quick check in the tunnel, & then start jumping. Physically I'm there & perfectly capable. 50% of the problem has been solved.

I did notice that if I stop working out for a while - a month or more than that I lose my arch completely & am back to square 1.. It looks like my disability is making it that I'll always have to workout throughout my skydiving career (if I ever have one).

Just thinking out loud...

Hey Ralph,

Keep at it!! The thrill alone should be worth it. I've been swimming like a madman for the last 3 years, and I think it's only helped my endurance and flexibility. Not to mention, it's easy on the joints. Stretching first thing in the morning really helps. Keep working at it, man. Fight the good fight!!
PULL!! or DIE!!
