So, the family and I are going tent camping, and we need some ideas for grilling. All we'll have with us will be a Weber kettle style charcoal grill. Whatcha got?

whatever meat you got, put it in a ziplock bag soaked in Dale's sauce before you go camping. Then, toss it on the grill.

My usual grill menu is: chicken breasts (marinated overnight in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard), and veggies (tomato, onion, corn on the cob, and zucchini) - each drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt, and then wrapped in foil before putting on the grill.

Cant beat hotdogs and brats when camping... Maybe even bring a little pan and cook up some onions and green peppers on the the grill

Sometimes at Mexican markets you can buy pre-marinated strips of beef, they only take a second to cook and taste great. If you like chicken, try out beer butt chicken. You should be able to find the directions easily, it makes some great and juicy chicken!
