Now this is not some dumb ass driving his expensive toy too fast on the public roads. It was footage from the sanctioned "Targa Newfoundland" rally race. Of course it is debatable as to whether or not the driver was still a dumb ass. But since I have never driven a 800+ HP car, I will reserve judgment to those who have experience driving such a powerful machine.
