Bad ass complex deployment on those tanks. drag to pilot to a dozen or so reefed mains and then an impact dampener for landing.

Here's another air drop from the Russians. It has a couple additional drops that include an explosive charge going off just before it lands. I'm assuming this has something to do with dampening the impact.
