Kdsosso 0 #1 October 1, 2004 I have left messages at PD, but no one ever called back-am I supposed to wait/how long is too long not to get service. Am I going about this all wrong? AggieDave 6 #2 October 1, 2004 Remember, PD just went through a handful of "little storms" () so give them a chance. Call again tomorrow between 9am and 5pm EST. PD has top notch customer service, I've seen it time and time again.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." Kdsosso 0 #6 October 1, 2004 Thank you...Anabel from PD just called and explained about the demo form and they will be closed until next week for nationals (BTW)... So for those of you who were as confused on the system as I was: 1.) go to the manufacturers website 2.) Fill out demo form and submit 3.) They will contact you and arrange for payment and delivery. Thanks to all who PM'd me too!
