How do I go about getting a demo?

I have left messages at PD, but no one ever called back-am I supposed to wait/how long is too long not to get service. Am I going about this all wrong? How do I get a canopy to demo? Advice and some direction please Help

Remember, PD just went through a handful of "little storms" () so give them a chance.

Call again tomorrow between 9am and 5pm EST. PD has top notch customer service, I've seen it time and time again.

I went to website, filled out form for demo request on Monday this week, Got a reply from Annabel about a hour later, they shipped it out and I got it on Wed and I live in Montana. Sabre 2 190 that I get for 2 weekends for 30 bucks and shipping! All ready to go for this weekend. Kelly

Thank you...Anabel from PD just called and explained about the demo form and they will be closed until next week for nationals (BTW)...

So for those of you who were as confused on the system as I was:
1.) go to the manufacturers website
2.) Fill out demo form and submit
3.) They will contact you and arrange for payment and delivery.
