  1. ***But about one or two minutes into free falling, his emergency parachute opened too early*** WOW! What alt did he jump from? Live hard, Live fast, Die broke. D.S. 118118
  2. I have had the same problem since I first started jumping. It happens on every other jump. Try not to release the pressure on the ride to altitude. It helps to keep the pressure the same as the ground since that's where you are going to finish your jump anyway. Live hard, Live fast, Die broke. D.S. 118118
  3. Me too. I always think I don't photograph well. Or maybe in my head I just think I'm better looking that I really am? Live hard, Live fast, Die broke. D.S. 118118
  4. Is 118118 too long or taken? Live hard, Live fast, Die broke. D.S. 118118
  5. The communication from the DZ was terrible! Making a new skydiver feel like a nuisance and wasting their holiday is out of order. You should just hang up a sign saying "The CCI and DZO hate skydiving and are only interested in making money. Please go away". Live hard, Live fast, Die broke. D.S. 118118
  6. I hate it when someone steals my landing spot Live hard, Live fast, Die broke. D.S. 118118
  7. I'd so forget to pull! But at least I'd die with a smile on my face. Its how I would want to go. Live hard, Live fast, Die broke. D.S. 118118
  8. Its a great feeling when it just clicks and you just feel it. Well done on pushing through the bad times. It only gets better. Live hard, Live fast, Die broke. D.S. 118118
  9. Still waiting for mine anyone in Europe got theirs yet? Live hard, Live fast, Die broke. D.S. 118118
  10. 'whuffo' Was used in a skydiving film called Cutaway. I have seen the film and the word whuffo used in context and still dont understand what it means. Maybe its an American thing? Live hard, Live fast, Die broke. D.S. 118118
  11. If your using full face to protect yourself from getting smacked in the face then fine. I am going into FS now and will soon be buying a full face for this very reason. But I will miss the wind a noise of a open faced and will wear my Gath whenever I can, like tracking or other fun jumps. Just my opinion
  12. To each their own ... I prefer no helmet or an open face helmet. The feeling is freedom! +1 If you dont like wind, maybe skydiving aint for you? Live hard, Live fast, Die broke. D.S. 118118
  13. People like Travis Pastrana are only dumb idiots if they dont know the risks they are taking. I'm sure they do and accept the risk of death. I like how you think you have the perfect balance between acceptable and dumb risk and expect everyone to follow your rules. People should just let people decide what risks they want to take in life and leave them alone. Freedom
