BJ tipped me off as the the nature of these acronyms, but I have no idea what most of them might reference.

I can't believe guys actually send out pictures like that. I guess women do as well. Wow. I thought my bodybuilding pictures pushed the envelope.

Everything donated to someone who can use it. Rest buried in a wooden casket so it will fertilize the soil. The whole idea of an air-tight, water-tight box taking up land forever is ridiculous to me. Alternately, the Viking funeral pyre drifting off to sea is kind of nice. Given current laws, though, I'll have to settle for cremation and spread me over DZ's and LZ's.

If I thought I could get away with it, I'd have my body stuffed and sat in the corner at my funeral with dark sunglasses.

For all the wrong reasons, Julie Newmar as the Catwoman was quite entertaining.

Heath Ledger was phenomenal as the Joker.

For pure evil? Dastardly Dan was Dudley Doright's nemesis.

The Klingons were fun until Wharf made them respectable good guys.

I sometimes call them 'sub poe ee na' because that is how they are spelled. People look at me funny, but they can remember the spelling after that. I'll also call them an SAT or subpoena ad testificandum rather than a SDT or subpoena duces tecum. That drives people nuts as well, but they learn once they ask the questions.

I don't know the personalities involved or the workplace atmosphere. But when I first read your post, my thought was that he appreciated a woman who showed gratitude for small favors. I didn't see the sexual implication until you pointed it out.

MUCH prefer to be told. I'm big on grooming, though. Some people don't think it's as big a deal.

Sunday afternoon here. First day of the Iraqi workweek. Spent three hours in a meeting with my Iraqi general. I miss jumping out of airplanes.

I see this thread every day and have tried to come up with something. I can't think of anyone that fits that bill. I've been told many times that I am intimidating, but don't understand why.

Yes, D. That means more guys have responded to this poll. Not that guys are more likely to develop feelings online. If only guys had responded, it would not mean that women did not develop feelings for someone online, but the percentages on this poll would show 0% for women. You have to divide the positive male responses by the total male responses to get the percentage of responses that are positive. Then, do the same for female responses. That gives you the stats I quoted you.

As an aside, I was talking to the GF I met online while doing this statistical analysis. I told her what I was doing. She told me I am a geek. :)

Sorry to hear that. I knew you were at home, but didn't know why. Yeah, David, Dave and every once in a while someone insists I am a Davey. Not sure why. I introduce myself to people as David and they say, "Glad to meet you, Dave." I don't care. I've called everything at one point or another.
