While I appreciate women who are gifted in the physical appearance category; I've become a bit jaded. When I see a woman who is truly gorgeous, I notice and move on. I assume that is all she has going for her. I find that once I talk to them, they become less attractive due to lack of intelligence, education, personality or some such. They try to get by on their looks and that doesn't do it for me.

In the same vein, I find some women become more attractive once you get to know them.

So, the people on the commercial are still virtually unknowns to me. They could get more or less attractive in real life.

I guess I got lost. I thought the reference to vsg's 'gabanzas' meant she had a lot of fire. I thought gabanzas was synonymous with cajones.

Once the parents have ignored the child, I direct the child as if there were no parents and I expect the child to obey. I presume the parents have abrogated their rights. The child usually recognizes that I think I am in charge and then obeys or retreats to a parent. I don't hide my actions from the parents. I hope they hear and are embarassed enough to deal with the child. Too often, they just thank me.

In your case, I would direct the child to stop the offending behavior. If the child refused to obey, I would tell the child that he / she will be put out of the store upon another offense. Again, if the parents haven't dealt with the issue, they have given up their right to be consulted. If the child has to be told to leave, the parents can choose to go with the child or not.

With very small children, I have squatted down to get on their level to talk. I look them right in the eye as I talk to them. It seems to really get their attention when a complete stranger does this.

Generally, I find children run wild because they have determined that their will is stronger than their parents'. I have had children that ignore their parents obey me readily.

Anyone know how much it cost to determine this useless fact?

I've been known to deal with other people's children in front of them. If they aren't embarassed by their lack of parenting skills, I refuse to be embarassed by being an adult. I give them first shot. Then, the Universal Parent mode kicks in. I've actually had complete strangers ask me to deal with their child.

I probably wouldn't leave the house.

I use those people to estimate how superior my driving techniques are. You did the same thing. You took the same exit just behind him without unusual wear and tear on your vehicle. I find that I often see the person again at a redlight.

Because their style of driving is also rude and dangerous, I would like a system to vote them off the road. Maybe a paintball marking system. When the police see you with excessive red paintball strikes on your vehicle, they pull your license. Other drivers have makred you as unworthy. Just an idea.

I'm reminded of how many times I see women in the world and mentally encourage them to wear a bra. Then, there are those that look like they need to and then I realize they have a visible strap.
