I always ask people to reach and touch deployment handle on gear checks, most UK jumpers do. My bet, happened in plane. Always check all 3 handles just before you exit.

Mac try searching 'sweet spot' think a guy called lurch posted some stuff about ninja performance tricks & mainly in tonysuits ? Sweet spot in the woman only forum my yield different results.

I mainly fly shadow (gripper less p2) but flown with a few R birds. The R bird has a lot more range , but not as agile as shadow/ phantom. Try & fly a few different suits to see what you prefer.

Think run in was 120knts & even at that speed lots of pressure on wings, would imagine that super high speed exit will show any weakness in a suit.

Doh - just worked out who you are !! Is that Matt's V4? Is he lending you the V5 when that arrives??? Yes Matt's. Decided to help out with his cash flow problems & bought it. Don't think he will be jumping much before V5 arrives.

Point taken about hp suit, managed about 40 odd flights in last few weeks so feeling pretty current. Think fatigue was a problem, fly s]ight shows 181secs on 15k to 5k & after 4 jumps was happy to go back to shadow for rest of day . Stalling suit at opening, rolling wrist over & breaking arms at elbow. Think will got back to shadow for a few & concentrate on absolute symmetry, when the bank & account & wife have recovered from last couple of weeks Vertical flyer the Well is on my list of places to vist, thanks for the offer. Mr cat thanks for ghost offer, but think I will be a ghost if wife finds another wingsuit.

Only about 200 wingsuit jumps, 120 on PF shadow & others on classic-gti-s3s-prodigy. First time flying a high performance wingsuit.

Flew with stealth at weekend & he kinda brings heels up to butt, lets arms drop to side after pitch.Guess need practice a bit more up high

Have put about 6 jumps on v4 and openings have been ok, but seem to have a slight turn (left normally !?) at pull time. Shutting all wings down & keeping knees /ankels best I can with large wing.

Have tried the knees into chest, chuck head back style. ..resembles shotgun hit wood pigeon Think maybe too close to stall speed when I've tried.

Think I am going to stick with pud for now, really like how secure it is. Had a premmy sit flying a container not suitable once, has made me VERY aware of piliot chute security. Think a lot is to do with thick gloves (roll on summer ) & not being used to pud. Will keep me pulling high for a while anyhow

Had a bit of a hard pull on wings freefly pud on wingsuit jump today, winter gloves probaly did'nt help, but pulling high did ! Wonder if not locating tab will make pull easier or maybe a two stage pull, down then out. First jump hop & pop felt ok.
