I was in for surgery once, the old no food or drink the day prior... A bunch of skydiving friends snuck into the hospital about 2am after the bars closed with mass quantities. Within 30 minutes, most of the ambulatory patients on the floor had joined the party for beer & pizza...there were like 20 people yucking it up in my room ~freakin' Nurse Ratchet called the cops! If you hookup something via an HDMI cable, does that 1 cable connect both audio & video? The reason I ask is because with standard AV cables, you have yellow for videoo, & then the white & red for left & right audio. The reason I ask is because, on my new TV I have 2 HDMI inputs, but right by both there are the 2 white in red audo input (1 set) Do these have to be used for audio via HDMI? Nope. The piping is in the basement, hooked up straight to the heater. I have a huge space heater down there right now (yes, I'm keeping an eye on it so the house doesn't burn down) Hope that thaws them out. My mistake... Only a small portion of the pipes are exposed & in the basement; most are inside the walls. The space heater isn't doing much good to warm the small segment of piping that is exposed (I thought this would be the case, but my mom thought it was worth a try). What has me confused the most is the fact that the basement has no warm water, our kitchen up here doesn't; but the bathroom does. The upstairs above us, asll the sinks are able to run warm water. I'm confused as to why some of the sinks are working, but some only have cold water. Go to home depot, buy the heat tape, plug it in to your electric, wrap it around the pipes, and they will both un-freeze and never freeze up again.
