so just to make it clear...there is no longer any excuse for people not to stay out at the dz on the weekends... so you don't have a trailer...not sure if there is room in the bunkhouse...well a mansion awaits you for under $30 at the wal-mart...tent season is in full swing and we have now incorperated the first tent village of 2007... this summer is going to be amazing...and can only be made better by more people putting up more planes...so come join the village...i'm sure there are going to be plenty of fun "ordinances" but there are really only 2 that are near and dear to my heart... Ok...so i left CSS yesterday at about noon, but it appears that we have a new addition to the CSS Knitting Club...matt dresner (manifest) had one hell of a landing at about 4pm and had to be ambulanced off to the hospital. He was released with no xrays, no pain killers, nothing...but i talked to him today and apparently his knee is killing him! I'm headed to his and emily's place in raleigh to visit for the afternoon...PM me if you'll be around! that is sooooo sweet of you casey...i know how much you love wearing high heels and such, so the fact that you are willing to wear those uncomfortable flip flops just for me means so much! i can't wait for tramp night.... surgery went great - a plate and 7 screws, also, turns out that the deltoid ligament had torn completely loose from the medial malleolus (don't know what any of that actually means except that they had to open up both sides of my ankle)...but i'm totally put back together and the doc says i should be walking on it in 4 weeks with pretty decent recovery by 8-12 weeks!! ok...slightly worse news...surgery tomorrow (5 pins and a plate)...apparently those franklin county docs don't know much...but thats not news... looking at 3 months says the doctor, able to put some weight on it in 4 weeks, and total weight in maybe 6-8...but i'm not giving up hope on something faster.... so now maybe melissa and i will be getting all better at around the same time...maybe we should start a wounded skydivers quilting bee that meets at CSS on the weekend...or maybe a knitting circle and make scarves and crap!! hugs and kisses! - ever the spazz Your work is to discover your world, and then with all your heart, give yourself to it...
