  1. Catch 22 by Joseph Heller.
  2. Thanks for the little patch, but I said "ads", ya know?
  3. I can't renew my ads, either, same error message.
  4. Hey Philh, maybe you've missed the point of the movie. And maybe the movie-makers have confused conciousness with awareness, they're two different things. Physicists cannot eliminate awareness (or conciousness, or information, whatever) from their measurements of sub-atomic behaviour, leading them to the conclusion that awareness is a fundamental property of it. You need a nervous system to think, but awareness is not the same thing as thought, ask any meditator. Have you heard of the 'Wigner's friend' hypothesis? It's the extension of any QM experiment whereby the experimenter is informed of the 'result' by another observer. Look closely at what has happened to the experiment- Wigner's friend has entered the experimenters formula! This is more like the point of the movie- each individual is at the center of their own universe, just as we observe in our day-to-day lives. Of course Quantum events have an effect on our lives, every macro event begins at the quantum level! The movie points out that changing your perception changes your world, not that it changes somebody else's world. Existence is personal. Of course the frozen water crystals could have been faked. I bought "The Hidden Messages in Water" and there's nothing objective in the author's claims. I don't believe the native americans couldn't "see" the Spanish ships, but there's a huge language/cultural difference and that has probably been mis-translated, to the producers benefit. And although I don't place any value on "channelling" that doesn't make JZ Knight's words any less true. The method of delivery doesn't change the truth in the message. Remember Philh, the movie is for you to do with as you like. If you follow the producers claims you'll see that 'it' will 'work' for those who believe and it won't for those who don't. Choose wisely, Frank
