That along with the link to the guy the deceased skydiver was having an affair with provide inconclusive evidence that all is not quite right. Ive been searchin round for 6 months trying to find a cool image or idea for a skydiving tattoo but i just cannot get close to an idea that i like? Ive thought of wings on teh underside of my arms, a closing pin with my membership number in it (although this maybe would look a bit gay as it would have to be quite large) any peeps out there want to share some ideas or maybe post pictures? Just asking because i jump at langar and i am booked on for a packing course next week, would be interested to find out myself. From what i beleive i think that they teach you the packing course (think it a whole day) then they will tell you to go away and practice. Once you are confident in packing then an experienced or qualified packer/rigger will then sit in on a few packjobs critique you and tell you any good/bad points and then when you have done quite a few packjobs with no errors or mistakes i think you then jump it but i dont know that for definate, any further input from an instructor greatly appreciated!!! hey all, i picked my new rig up just before the xmas break and i am so pleased, only problem over here in the Uk is the weather! I couldnt take it off for the first few days slept with it, stroked it, called it baby! Thanks all for your input, taken all the advice given here and spoken to instructor and i am almost there, slide the the left is fine, slide to the right is OK ish just keeping practicing, going jumping this friday as managed to get the day off work so i can do some more and hopefully progress a bit further towards FS1 Thanks again guys and gals Blues! Dont know if this has been posted elsewhere on here but tonight on UK ITV the bush tucker trial is a tandem jump from 14,000ft and the contestant has to catch stars whilst in freefall, could be worth a look and although this years I.A.C.G.M.O.O.H doesnt have any REAL celebritys i think its going to be a good trial and a very interesting watch Santa Claus cum down my chimney and emptied his sack on my tree!

I am currently going through my WARP progression and i have nailed the first level, next up is the side slide but i just cant quite get it, i have been shown the position on the ground but i cannot replicate it on my jump, is there an easier way of soing a side slide?
