  1. Same problem here. When I click to see anyone's posts, too... same problem.
  2. Hmm, Jessica, it might end up on nbc10.com. Part of the video was aired just a few minutes ago on their 11pm news. The woman is missing many of her front upper teeth! Yikes. But, aside from that, I'd still like to know how she didn't know she was pregnant. She's planning to jump again, too! I don't remember when reports said, but I hope it's AFTER her pregnancy.
  3. I will post them! No teasing, I promise! I will post a link to them when I have them uploaded, which will be within the next day or two!
  4. My deepest condolences to you at what is supposed to be a joyful time of year.
  5. Hey again everyone! I just wanted to post yet another thanks to the awesome staff at Cross Keys. I had my roll of film developed today from my jump with Jessica on Sunday, and the pics came out good! We'll see you again Saturday!
  6. Well, of course, me too -- haha, I've only told a few people so far that I've made my first jump, and some of them have freaked out! But anyway, I'll jump with anyone who's open to fun! Even if I ever had to go alone, it'd still be worth it! If we do hit 100 jumps together, it'll be a race to see who gets hit with the pies first! I'll get you good!
  7. I thought years ago, the story of the Philadelphia Eagles drinking pickle juice was a bit out of the ordinary, until I heard about your and Jessica's stories! Thanks again for the laughs and the good time! -Ed
  8. Haha, if I become a millionaire, I'd do that. Heck, I could live next door to a center, or any other form of thrill-seeking recreation.
  9. Sort of nervous? You were SCARED AS HELL!! I was loving the view. You were holding onto me for dear life! Well, I was a little nervous too, but not as much as you. You're the one who originally got me to become a thrill seeker!
  10. Hey everyone! I echo Jessica's comments regarding Cross Keys. We had a fantastic first jump. We owe so many thanks to the incredible staff there that words cannot begin to describe. They made us feel 100% comfortable, safe, and happy with our first skydive ever. They were very patient with us, answering our questions, showing us what we needed to do, etc. Everyone was so understanding, too, about us having been scammed. They knew how upset we were about the situation, so we further thank them for their kindness. We ALREADY have booked another skydive for Saturday at 1! It will be a bit colder, but we'll bundle up. That was quite a pie show! I thought she was just going to get one big pie in the face, but the show that was put on was awesome. Jessica and I are already bracing for what she and I will get at our 100th jump. We plan to do all of our jumps together, so I guess Cross Keys will have their work cut out for them! I didn't expect to talk about pickles, either, but that was cool! I wouldn't want to jump at a location where everything is tense and strict. Sure, everyone at Cross Keys was on the ball with things, but still, everyone's goal was for their jumpers to have FUN. Jessica and I definitely were able to obtain a ton of much needed fun and excitement as a result of Cross Keys. Thanks to all involved who made November 20, 2005 a very memorable day in the lives and best friendship of me and Jessica, and we'll see you again Saturday! -Ed Just one question to those from Cross Keys - we didn't get a chance to check out the store there. We will eventually buy jumpsuits at some point, for not only clothes protection, but also for a bit of help in keeping warm in cold weather. I do have a couple of one piece coveralls that she and I could wear, but they're not actual skydiving suits (a little bit thicker than skydiving suits). Do you sell them or have any available for rent? I know they can be a bit of an investment, so I was trying to get an idea for [near] future reference. Thanks!
  11. This is mmytacism's best friend Ed again. Thanks again to everyone for helping us out in this very difficult situation. Incidentally, my criminal justice instructor is a former FBI agent. Would anyone object to me showing him (or other authorized people) this message board, in hopes they can help out? Jessica is going to contact her local district attorney this coming Monday, and we're also going to see if local news stations can get involved. Thank you all so much! -Ed
  12. Hello everyone, I'm mmytacism 's best friend Ed. Thanks to everyone for the responses to our dire concerns about the fake skydiving center. I don't understand how they're getting away with this. Something has to be done to stop them. I am much more comfortable now, and I'm anxiously anticipating our first skydiving experiences this coming Sunday. Thanks again! -Ed
