I was on the 'helmet session', made a big bang, we chilled out for 45 minutes and was back in really quickly for me to finish my last 7.5 minutes. Thanks to all at Bodyflight especially Bernd, I am leaving in 90 minutes to go to Empuria for my AFF and feeling very confident. Paul - you may have the best tunnel in the world but without a doubt your greatest asset is your staff.

I listened to it live, it has prepared me for my AFF in Spain next week!

Can anyone recommend warm gloves that do not lose too much 'feel'

This can only be answered by people who have jumped in the UK. I am planning to goto Spain late September/early October to hopefully complete my AFF and consols, ready to come back to the UK and Join a club. My question is how often I will need to jump to keep my newly aquired skills up to date and improving? and whether the UK weather will allow me to do this?. I was thinking about putting it off until the Spring but I will not have the holiday time from work to allow this. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Can anyone let me know of any UK trainers that go out to Spain and teach AFF, at the moment I know of Chris at Fall from the Sky, but wanted to compare.
