  1. It is not the alcohol that really gives you a hangover it is what you mix it with.

    Example...

    Jack+Coke=Hangover

    Jack on Rocks=No Hangover

Unless you drink the whole bottle and then really you are just still drunk not hungover.:P

  2. Heal well, blow off some steam, wear some of these (or similiar) shoes, go through the first jump course again, and start talking to instructors about your canopy progression (I know MOST DZ's would let experienced jumpers sit in anytime they felt they needed it), build your confidence and jump again. Don't sell your stuff, you will regret it later.

Shoes...all the cool skydivers wear them!

but never count out the Airspeed program when international competition is on the line.

And for this reason I think Airspeed will win. Yes, they have new people on their team but the skills and knowledge of the overall team is incredible. Fire will do good but I don't think they will outperform Airspeed.

  4. That is just here in the states mostly. Women from overseas don't seem to mind at all. I have seen a beautiful woman from another country come to a dz and drop chow right in the middle of the packing area and change into her jumpsuit. Everyone in the place turned around and staired and she didn't care. She did it all the time. At night she would always skinny dip in the pool. Guess were all the guys were at night?

  5. Long story short, if you are going to do it, have your AFF rating with maybe 500 AFF jumps under your belt, tandem rating with at least 500 tandems under your belt, and video equipment with lots of tandem video experience. Then maybe you will be successful in the sport. Packing doesn't pay much at all. Example, if it rains one week you will not eat for two weeks and won't be jumping. It sounds like a great experience but it really is more fun to have a good paying job where you can afford to pay bills and skydive and eat when you want.

Funny...I was under the impression that having to duck under things wasn't a problem you ever encounter.

    Now that is funny. :D
