  1. YES!!! I think that is exactly what we need! When everything's coming your way, you're in the wrong lane.
  2. I am a senior nutrition student, but that said I am not a registered dietitian yet. However, I think you really should talk to one before you start any certain diet. I have seen the super high protein diet so many times and the fact is that your body can not utilize all the protein, thus you will be excreting most of it unused. Also, with the excess protein, this most of the time causes a deficiency in other areas. While protein does help build muscle, there is a very fine line between the right amount and too much. I have done case study after case study about guys exactly in your situation. That said, since I am not licensed yet, I really think you need to talk to a registered dietitian and then your physical therapist. Together they will be able to give the you the step by step program you desire. Good Luck and if you are in Texas, I can recommend some wonderful sports nutritionist. 4. Tough guy You scored 65% masculine, 76% athletic, 27% exotic, and 50% refined! You love men, you love testosterone and you know it. You like a bad-ass man who knows what he wants. He isn't what you might bring home to mom but I don't think it really matters - he's hot! Someone like.....Vin Diesel. But let's face it, the whole point of this was to look at a bunch of hot guys. I liked this quiz!!! When everything's coming your way, you're in the wrong lane.
  5. CONGRATS!!! I'm so happy for both of ya'll! Can't wait to hear all about it....and yum yum...can't wait for those hamburgers too!
  6. Long time no see Sarah- sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well but I hope your feeling better by now....and look into getting those tonsils out when you get healthy...
  7. Umm....exactly the way I like them too! And my man fits the description to the 't'! When everything's coming your way, you're in the wrong lane.
  8. My family doesn't understand completely and are worried about the dangers of skydiving, but overall I think they are happy that I found something I love. While racing and skydiving may seem very different, I get the same adrenaline rush from skydiving that I used to get from racing. I love running, but I would have to say that skydiving is a whole lot more fun and rewarding. Plus I love the fact that learning in this sport is endless. 9. Hi! I've been enjoying the forum for weeks and have decided to finally introduce myself. My home DZ is Skydive Aggieland, where I just received my A License. I ran track for A&M for 2 years before deciding I needed a change, and skydiving was definitely the change I was looking for! Being very new to the sport, having done my first tandem in October, I really enjoy learning from those more experienced. I plan on working on my belly skills for little while, and eventually go into freestyle. So anyone with any advice is greatly appreciated!
