  1. Yes, while it is true that my profile lists a PD 7 cell, that is because that's military issue...and it is what i jump most of the time. I have a little experience on a Sabre 2, a Pilot, a Safire and a Stiletto as well. And also...I'd like to put a few on a 129 before going even smaller.
  2. Hi, I was looking to buy a crossfire 2 129. My exit weight on that size canopy would be 1.05 : 1. On Icarus' website, it says that the recommended wing loading for the crossfire 2 is 1.4 to 2.1. I would need to jump a 99 to come close to that a 1.4 wing loading, however, i don't want to jump a canopy that small. What would be any possible "problems" associated with jumping the crossfire 2 at my wing loading? The other canopy I am looking at is the Safire 2. I would like the performance of the Crossfire 2, but am just wondering about the affect of the low wing loading. Thanks! and Blue Skies...

    Skydive Arizona

I recently went to skydive AZ and was extremely impressed. Every person i encountered, from the Square2 Gear shop to the packers, to the people in the office and manifest were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The manifest girls were remembering my name after I just showed up and were very helpfull. Their prices are also very good comparatively. There was little wait time for planes, ample landing area, and I was even picked up quickly when i ended up landing off due to do very strong winds. Oh, and the weather is amazing! It was about an hour from Phoenix, but that is not too bad at all. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Skydive AZ and would highly recommend it to anyone!

    Wings

I just put in the order for my Wings and I am extremely impressed with the cutomer service I have recieved (most specifically Ankie Berry). I have asked a ton of questions, however, i continue to recieve prompt and helpful replies. I'm excited and can't wait to get my new Wings! only con so far: Their prices are good, but if you start adding lots of options, the price gets up there (ex: 190 for all stainless steel, 30 for a hook knife). But all in all the company is great, and even though i haven't recieved my rig yet, i would definitely recommend them.
  5. Does anyone have pictures of the low profile reserve handle (from Wings) or a Wings with a normal D-ring? Thanks!
  6. thanks for the info so far, it sounds like i'll be good going with the 18" Will 18" affect my ability to fly w/ front risers? You mentioned it deflecting the tail or something? Thanks!
  7. Anyone have any pros/cons, good/bad experiences with the "low profile reserve handle" (D-ring about the same size as a pillow) on the Wings? Thanks! Blue Skies...
  8. Hi, I know there have been discussion about this before, but i haven't quite found the answer I need. I'm 5'1" and have proportionally short arms, i'm about to order a new Wings and was wondering what riser length to get. My rigers suggested something shorter so that I don't have a hard time reaching the brakes. Should I get 18", the smallest offered, or 20". Thanks! Blue Skies...
  9. Any females who could give advice on what is more comfortable. A narrow or wide chest strap....taking into account the femal anatomy? Thanks!
