We got to Sebastian for 2 weeks twice a year, and have been there several times when students went through the "A in a week" program. The students progress fast and seem to do well from my peripheral observation. Sebastian has great instructors and staff.

Yeah - and I am still in mourning. I had the time zones calculated, SkyMama's bedtime estimated, and was all set to eke out a few extra hours for our beloved boogie, when alas, red wine stole my best laid plans, and travelguru lamely posted on time. (watch your back, spoon!!)

Yeah - the first time I ever used it years ago the lady had 7 seconds of asystole - and I had 20 seconds of SVT and pissed my pants!!

I love Adenosine - use it often. But a heart rate of 220 is unusually high for SVT. I would recommend cardiology follow up to check for other problems. The nicorette, coffee, dehydration from hangover could definitely all been triggers.
