  2. I Agree my grandfather went through something close to this. He refused to go in until he got in a reck driving his car. Turned out it was a result of a stroke. He is doing much better now.

You can request to speak to the regional director i had to when i flew because i ran into the same prob the pilot said no so i requested a phone call to the director and it was over ridden i was at the airport 5 hours early because i knew i was going to have to go through some hoops but they passed it all through the only requirement was it had to stay stowed in the overhead the entire trip. Also bring a description of how your aad works and a printout of the x ray prior to going to the airport this is all information you will want to have ready prior to the trip unless your willing to trust UPS with your entire vacation.. But hey what ever works There are ways around everything. Just like you can bring needles on a plane if you have proof your diabetic the pilot can say no all he wants but he will get over ridden now me if i tryed to take needles i would be tackled and hauld away in a cop car as a terriorist
  5. I flew Delta about 6 months ago and had the letter in hand.. They can run a bomb test. it sniffs for chemicals that are comminoly used and if it passes that they cant stop you from having it as a cary on. My uncle is a pilot for U.S. Airways and he informed me that this has to be requested and if it passes your golden.. And there is no way i would ever ck my gear... Im takeing it with me for a reason

As far as the city councel and the Airport Authority yes they are and part of that is a 99yr lease on the property. We chose the property based off the Airports master plan and what would be sutible to the Airports growth predictions. The rest ill start working on...
  8. The Strip to my house takes one hour and 20 min as long as you dont drive like my mother.... I can be at the dam in 40 min and henderson in an hr and 10 aprox

  12. It was the worlds largest rubber band ball and it was droped from 6000 agl... Theres vid of it somewhere on this site there was a choper crash at the same time its on the vid lol...

  14. The plane will be aproved shortley he is working on all of that and he just got his commercial licens.. He loves to fly that all he does and wants to learn to skydive also. he is 26 and when his father passed away in a plane crash he came in to a lot of money and plays all day long. Good friend to have....
  15. Ok everyones heard it before but this is what i have. I have a land lease at the local Airport and full suport of the Airport Authority along with City Councel. The Airport has very low traffic most of which is a flight school located right there. I have a 206 thats in the process of being converted as i type this thats owned and flown by a good friend of mine and business owner as well. He has agreed to fly jump runs for the cost of maintnence and fuel he has nothing better to do he just wants the hours... Also i think its an excuse to get away from his wife...... To top everything off i also have access to a turbin with the same agreement yep thats right a large turbin.. The elivation of the airport is 3300 ft. It is located an hour south of Vegas 2 hours west of Flagstaff 30 min east of Laughlin NV and Bullhead AZ and 45 min north east of Lake Havasu and Parker.. I need some guidence and help on this guys i would love to see this turn into a full dropzone... But honestly i have no idea what im doing....
