  8. All I can say is that I did not mow my lawn in July (nor August yet) and I know at least one other jumper that did the same.

    Yard work is for golfers, not jumpers...

  16. Man, it was a Saturday morning sacrament for me in college to get up, smoke some, and watch Pee Wee's Playhouse with a healthy compliment of sugar coated cereals. I totally dug the little dinosaur family and slammin' the door in the salesman's face. Will the King of Cartoons please stand up?

  17. FYI,

    I psycho pack my Velocity and get excellent openings.

    I think the key to it is getting the slider stuffed down in the pack job tight and on the slider stops, equally quartered, flush with the nose. Then, whatever packjob you can do better that keeps from letting the slider get off the stops, do that.

    If psycho-packing, I defintely recommend flaking the tail folds back to center to keep the brake lines and d lines back in the center of the pack job...

  21. I can usually kill a cold with 30 minutes on a treadmill, then get in the sauna for about 20, and drink a shitton of water. That seems to sweat and flush it out of the system for me. I haven't had a real cold for well over a year...

  24. He didn't have a helmet on. That qualifies him for the "dumbass" award.

    I had a wreck in '99 when I was hit from behind by a full size pickup and catapulted into an intersection landing on my head and elbow. I am thankful that the 2" diameter chunk out of my helmet, wasn't out of my head.

    I am still sendng vibes to Ben anyway. Hope he doesn't miss the season over a little indescretion.
