Apparently I injured an intruder who then called 911 on me. Lawyer doesn't know how it is going to go and said I had a better chance if I had killed him as it is now a "he said/she said case".

I try not to laugh when people compliment my shitty swoops on my 150. I know it's a loud tuna boat, but it floats my fat ass to a happy ending. I swear I get ground effect some times.

Dude, all our lives we've been trying to get "air", wanting to fly, and that stuff.

Today you can get air, fly, and all that stuff....with just a sack of nylon on your back.

Those from our past would think we are silly/lazy/pathetic,etc for not taking advantage of this incredible opportunity.

98% of skydiving happens on the ground. Try to enjoy that part as well.

Make 200 skydives first, then 200 base jumps, then 200 wingsuit skydives.

I did one static line jump a year for 10 years. Then I did a tandem. Then I focused on becoming licensed. Almost quit AFF halfway through because the gear sucked, my ears hurt, my leg straps were killing me and I thought the instructors just wanted my money.

Went to a different dz and finished AFF in two days.

So what if does get boring? The things you learn can be applied to other activities.

Think of each jump as a stepping stone to the next great experience.

If you make good money, spend it. Throw it out the plane like confetti.
If you have a hard time paying your bills, go with used gear.

That's a lot of pack jobs. They don't make kids like that anymore.
