  1. Good flying brother. Talking about a slow learner, I'm the one :) Watching you once a week inspires me to keep trying. Nelson
  2. I met big Pablo at Skydive Miami, when he started jumping there. I remember thinking, "I don't think this guy will be able to slow down on a head down", God I was wrong, he was so strong he was able to open his legs against the wind. I can only remember good times with him. I never saw him mad or talking bad about anyone. I just saw a picture of him on Internet and I couldn't hold myself. I will be going down to Miami this Friday for his funeral, to say good bye to a good friend. I will always remember you big Pablo, on every jump I do. Forever your friend, Nelson
  3. Congratulations!!!! Yes, Skydive Miami is a great place to learn. I hope to jump with you soon!! Nelson
  4. Islandboyflyrz, I was actually telling someone on Saturday how good you are in the skies and how fast you learned to freefly. It has nothing to do with me, you are a good freeflier who has no fear to learn and try new movements. Just remember, take your time to learn, to practice and to listen to experience jumpers. There is a reason why we've been trying to slow you down on your canopy progression. Is not because USPA said so, is because it hurts so much to see a friend crying their ass when something goes wrong on landing. We have limits like the one I have doing good landings and that is why I don't swoop anymore, because I'm not good at it. I want to be here, jumping until I'm 100 y/o....so I can jump with friends like you. See you soon brother, Nelson
  5. Hawkins, One day, hopefully never, you will be asking someone to forgive you for some stupid mistake and I hope they will give you a second chance. Managment told me this morning that he is more than welcome to come back. Nelson
  6. Thanks Skymama! Is just amazing all the things we can do with some little creativity. I'm glad we have Dropzone to share our thoughts, good and bads!! Nelson +()=
  7. We start life thinking that we are we make mistakes playing sometimes we get in trouble and pay the price and we even get mad at everyone around once we realized that we all suck ---: we feel and after all that....we learn to
  8. Island boy! Welcome back! I'm very proud of you. Like I told you yesterday, I did something like that in the past...twice!, so I really understand how you feel. I will see you on Saturday, we have to work on those headdown docks.....you have 4,000 jumps and still can't dock Love, Nelson
  9. Hi! You are right about Kat at Skydive Miami, she is very cool and a very good skydiver, also a pilot! :) Nelson
