  1. Looking on this with outside eyes it seems fairly barbaric to me. There's no compelling medical evidence to do it at birth. It'd be better to do it later in life, say before puberty, then the kid could choose. I'll take any extra protection the old chap can get, I'm keeping mine. Ben
  2. OK OK OK, I've changed it back to the tank. Since the daft bird has lent me her car again, it's possible I might make it down to holister. (Since I've got to pick her up on Sunday night I can't get shedded at bay to breakers) -Ben
  3. Goodness. You only post to get help with your mortgage and jump-starts? um, no comment
  4. My mate lent me his 350Z the other week, it was AWESOME. TVR said they were coming to the US, dunno where the current plans are. I'd love a TVR. http://www.tvr.co.uk
  5. Ah, sounds perfect, plus costco is walkable from me (well, just) Still going to the wet island, sigh. My plan is to complain on the flight over so much that they give me a free return ticket, then I can fly back on the Friday if I get my green-card on the Thursday. What's going on in Holister? I've got "the" car again this weekend, so I'm footloose and fancy free! whoo-hoo. -Ben
  6. Tell her your sorry about the car incident, you don't kno why the battery died a horrible death and that you'd like to take her to dinner to make up for not picking her up. Use the dinner to put yourself back in good graces and her bed Cheers ya cross dressing poofter Yeah, I think that's a good plan. -Ben
  7. Unfortunately there aren't any that are open. But you're totally right, thanks for the perspective, I've had 4 hours sleep this weekend, my brain isn't really working like it should -Ben
  8. Yeah, I was hoping they'd help me jump start, no luck. I've given up. She didn't really want to lend me the car in the first place, she was pretty pissed when I told her it wouldn't start, and I could tell she totally thought I'd broken it. Oh well. -Ben
  9. Ah, now there in lies the problem. I don't have a car, or any friends with cars who are awake and/or answering their phones. It's so depressing, I have a fully kitted out landrover will full complement of car fixing equipment. Unfortunately, it's six thousand miles away. I think the lesson I have to learn here is BUY A FREKING CAR BEN. -Ben
  10. Unfortunately I'm already below ground, the garage goes down another floor from the one I'm parked on. OK, so she's already on her way home, luckily she bumped into a friend at the airport. However it's likely she'll never sleep with me ever again, ever. I like the hole drilling idea. -Ben
  11. Yeah, that's what I meant, push-starting, and I think you're right. OK, so stealing is in the lead. -Ben
  12. OK, dating this girl, she lends me her car over the weekend. I'm supposed to pick her up tonight at the airport. Didn't use the car all weekend. The battery is now flat. Can't find anyone to jump it, have found jump leads though. Can anyone think of a way to get the car going? You can't jump-start an automatic right? AAA can't fit their truck in the garage where I'm parked. Things I have: I small incline to roll car down An iron Gaffer tape. Cordless drill. Jumper cables. -Ben

    High/Low

High: Getting my green-card interview date (it's taken 3 years) Low: Realizing it's on memorial day weekend so I can't go to Perris -Ben

    bloody typical

Thanks, it's funny, I called one of my friends a fat bastard in freefall last week. The video is great, you can clearly see him indignantly saying "I'm not that fat". Made me laugh, especially since he was sinking out of the formation as he said it. .

    bloody typical

The INS have given me a green-card interview date of the 22nd of May. I have to go to England. Bollocks. No Perris for Ben. Arse. -Ben
  16. This is so sad, I can't write anything about Hol that someone hasn't already written, and better than I could have written it. See you on the otherside Hol. You made me smile. -Ben
  17. Ok....looking for a guy in drag.. got it! What color skirt are you wearing? Ed
  18. I have lots of jumps and I'm still crap. Hope to meet as many cool people as possible, so if you recognise me, say hello, looking forward to it! -Ben Forgot to say, I'll be there for 2 weeks solid. (not counting hungover days) -Ben

  20. Damit - new jumpsuit too. Man I'm cooking on gas these past few weeks. -Ben
  21. I'm down in Elsinore this weekend and staying for 2 whole weeks. Very excited, very hungover. Anyone else down there? -Ben
  22. Yeah, it's really nice, I really want one, wish I could afford it. -Ben
  23. Well, I don't really know, it's a 350Z and has a theoretical top speed of 156mph. That's all I've got, I just know it's fast enough to get me in trouble -Ben
  24. Unless it's really cheap and doesn't go very fast. My mate is out of town and lent me his car (so he could keep it in my garage). I've already had the back out round the corners and raced two people, and that was just tonight. It's so fast that it can outrun helicopters, didn't find any to try that with though. Sigh. I want one so bad, but I know I'll be in prison or dead in a month. -Ben
  25. Yeah, I did get the good faith, which had the HELOC at 4.5%, I shouldn't have signed the docs, but I've got this flu that's going around and was messed up on nyquil! I think my best bet is probably to re-finance the HELOC once I've closed. Of course all of this is complicated by the fact I'm not a permanent resident yet. Cheers Ben
