  1. "I can only guess that the idea is: blunt force = ruptured big blood vessels in the chest = CPR will only bleed the victim out faster = No CPR. " good point.
  2. G-Bomb, Why are EMT's tought not to ? Ive asked a few medics, docs, and nurses and actually got alot of different responses which kind of scares me. I can't find any supporting documentaion to support my argument or yours. Can you help me ?
  3. Perris, CA if you really want to bang out jumps. They have a fleet of planes and lots of big ways all the time and do a lot of military training jumps so planes are going up very frequently. Plus they have a bar.
  4. Age means NOTHING. Age is a state of mind. Want to wingsuitBASEjump? Not too late. you choose your path.Quote
  5. The nightmares are pretty normal. I had skydiving nightmares when I started. You shouldnt be discouraged though. There will be setbacks and bad days but the AMAZING days will outnumber them by far. You shouldnt jump till your 100% ready. As for the harness questions I'm not qualified to get into that but it might be a good question to ask in the "Instructors" section. Keep your head up. Blue skies.
  6. How many people have died as a result of questionable yoga instruction? Can you really compare wingsuit to YOGA???????????.....and more???????
  7. I know you hate me Sparky. You make a good point. I only trust Spotted Eagle. Everyone else makes me wonder... There needs to be official structure for this stuff. I think the most important thing i have learned in skydiving is that a "minor" mishap can quickly escalate to full blown disaster. Instructors have to be Experts and I suspect EVERY instructor will tell you they are an expert.
  8. Bill is awesome. My first time jumping there he gave me an hour long brief of the DZ. Everything. Really cool guy, I love skydive Lodi and they're rental gear is top notch.
  9. Great shots, editing, and music. Awesome video. thx
  10. Welcome. How is Skydive Norcal ? I usually jump in Perris ( socal ) but I've jumped in Lodi and Skydive Bay area. Lodi was awesome in my opinion they're rental gear is super nice. I was not impressed with Skydive bay area at all..Plus they're gear was pretty sketch...Great people, atmosphere and instructors though.
  11. Im so sorry aabout your pup. pups are amazing creatures. Are you gettting another one? Me and my wife always say there should be a mourning period. I love my pup more than I love most people lol.
  12. I was medic and counselor. Hard infantry guys telling me " Doc, im going to take a bullet in the face" "i'm going to shoot myself n the head" STFU and jump" Thank you polite.
  13. Wolf I love your dog what breed is it ? I think Mr. Polite summed it up perfectly . " STFU and jump" Brilliant. I want that on a t-shirt lol . STFU AND JUMP>
  14. Your right Mr. Polite. I tell myself that all the time. This was a stupid thread. If your buddys down and you want to try to save him, go for it. I'm not a bad guy I just have a strange outlook on life. I seriously need to STFU and jump. Thats it. Absofreekinlutely.
