  1. Huh? The latter group can't breed. I thought that was obvious. Of course they can breed Ron, IVF, artificial insemination or just plain old lay back and think of someone else. 4. Yes I always found it weird that as a child the very same people who harassed me for my colour all winter long then spent all summer trying to get darker than me. Its a funny old world. 5. Thats why I put the term (for want of a better one) in parenthesis Bill When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Lucius Annaeus Seneca
  6. Well it was hard to know how to name this thread without sounding like a neo Nazi but having read the following article... http://www.policymic.com/articles/87359/national-geographic-concludes-what-americans-will-look-like-in-2050-and-it-s-beautiful I wondered if those written off as racists maybe do actually have a point when they claim that the 'white race' is under threat? I remember the first time I went to California, having grown up with the blond Californian girl image being very surprised at the amount of coffee coloured people (who look like me I may add) there were and how few white people were around. So without being racist I'm wondering if it will really be the end of the line for white people in the USA in this century and if thats such a bad or good thing? Whats your thoughts? 7. Except that its not infinite Ron, its nothing to do with being a liberal, conservative or commie pinko, its simple fact. Look at the US debt, that debt has to be serviced, it has to be purchased from somewhere and it comes with interest rates. Sooner or later either the lender will stop lending because they will never get the money back or the interest rates will rise to offset the risk. Either way its not infinite. The Earth is also a closed system with a finite amount of resources so I fail to understand why you think wealth is infinite? 8. Always easier for people to demand others change than be the change themselves. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Lucius Annaeus Seneca
  9. I'm not sure there is anything else to understand, think you've hit the nail on the head.... Actually thinking about it, yes I think you are right but also rich and successful people (Not always the same thing) also are disliked by some people because they hold a mirror up to them, its easier to cause the rich person of being a crook than it is to say, 'If I'd made sacrifices and worked harder and smarter I could have been in their position'. Rich and successful people remove excuses from people who'd rather blame others for their circumstance. 15. He was reputed to have said 'I am both a Hindu and a Muslim' I don't recall that he said anything about being a Christian. Can you be a follower of Jesus without being a Christian? I did a search: Jesus is ideal and wonderful, but you Christians - you are not like him. Mahatma Gandhi Interesting, sounds like he believed to some extent in Jesus but not Christians. I wonder where that leaves him. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Lucius Annaeus Seneca

So which part of Ireland are you talking about??? The island of Ireland. Last I checked.. there were a couple of countries there. That is why the term the 'island of Ireland' is used to encompass both sees of the border without referring to either political entity, its a term used in Ireland which is no doubt why you're not familiar with it. To answer your previous question t makes no difference, North, South East West or in the Center, no fecker uses Patty's day. Paddy's Day

Seeing as I won't be around for it I thought I'd just give our American chums a bit of a heads up. 1) Its not St Patty's day. No one in Ireland calls it Patty's Day, its Paddy's Day. 2) Irish people don't eat corned beef. 3) No one ever says 'Top of the morning' in Ireland. So there you go have a great one, one and all and for Gods sake don't be calling it Patty's Day, thats just embarrassing When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. 24. I'm sure your speaking from personal experience on the "Ignorance is wonderful" comment. You guys in the UK are worse than the French, ya'll think the entire world is beneath you. I got news for ya friendo, it's not so. You poor devils. It's that kind of attitude that sets cultures apart. Thus the reason for so much hate and discontent in the entire globe. Focus your energies on something else once in a while, something positive. If I knew I had to go all the way back to Genesis to make my point I would have. It was an AD remark not BC. Get it?? Best- Richard OK you're just embarrassing yourself now. When an author is too meticulous about his style, you may presume that his mind is frivolous and his content flimsy. Lucius Annaeus Seneca
  25. Thats some funny shit coming from a Yank, Pot meet kettle... Your grip on history is embarrassing. I guess you've never heard of the Danes, Romans, Normans, Vikings, Saxons, Spanish, French and of course Angela Merkel.
