But I'm a little slow getting out of bed some mornings. Learn to PLF. It'll limit your damages. Better yet, learn to slide. Onto one side, so you don't get a spinal injury either. I broke my tib in two places and tore my ankle apart on jump #630. It was my own damn stupid fault too. Learned my lesson and was back in the air not quite 6 months later - and ever since !
