Merkur 1 #1 July 31, 2008 Hi all, Haven't found the right answer in the search so far. Our videograper uses a PAL camera. Heading to the U.S. the question is te following: What setup is necessary to play it on an U.S. NTSC TV? (Out of different reasons, converting it on a Laptop/PC is not an option.) Is there a simple way like using a DVD recorder that immediately converts the signal while recording? M.vSCR No.94 Don't dream your life - live your dream! DSE 3 #2 July 31, 2008 There are some DVD recorders that have conversion built in, but I can't think of model #'s off the top of my head. It's unfortunate you cant use a laptop to convert, it'll be fast and better quality. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I don't remember having any problems playing video from my PAL camera on the team-room tv in Elsinore... No.1 reason NOT to be an astronaut: ...You can't drink beer at zero gravity...
