Cacophony 0 #1 October 30, 2002 Anyone have the problem that their video becomes out of sync very quickly in Premiere 6? Its not physically out of sync, but it is virtually. I find that to correct it all that I have to do is to restart the program. Its not a huge problem but it is becoming a hassle. It seems to happen after I put in a few new clips, or if I render something. Im using a Athlon XP 1700, 512 DDR Ram, 60 Gig 7200 RPM HD.
mountainman 0 #2 October 31, 2002 Is this while you are previewing it or after you send it back to tape?http://www.brandonandlaura.com

mountainman 0 #4 November 2, 2002 Sometimes mine does that, however when I put it to video, it all turns out OK. Personally, I think it has to do with all the information that is in the memory of the computer. It kind of plays the video and the sound is just coming in a bit slower. Have you tried hitting "enter" as opposed to "space bar" to play the video? For me, that makes a difference sometimes. Let me know!http://www.brandonandlaura.com
Cajones 0 #5 November 4, 2002 This is a strange sounding one. Is this in the left pane or the right pane? Is this video that has already been fully rendered or are there parts of the timeline that are not rendered, yet? What is the audio source? Is the sync showing up in the final output? Are you just closing Premiere and reopening it, or are you rebooting? The laws of physics are strictly enforced.
