prost 0 #1 June 18, 2002 Has anyone had any experience with shooting video at high altitudes like 30K feet? A friend of mine is planning some high altitude jumps and we would like to video it. I am curious to about what kind of camera problems you would have and if anyone has had succes shooting video at this altitude.William
quade 3 #2 June 18, 2002 First, go HERE.I think you'll see that you probably won't be able to wear your own camera helmet. If I was going to do it . . . and I've been meaning to for quite some time . . . I'd probably do a wrist mount so that I could take video of myself.quadehttp://futurecam.com
prost 0 #3 June 19, 2002 I know I will not be able to wear my own video helmet. We were discussing either mounting a camera on a halo helmet or modifying a camera helmet to take the oxygen mask. What I am wondering is if the Video camera will function correctly under those conditions.William

mffi422 0 #7 June 21, 2002 Bayonet fittings are an attachment device used on the helmet to aid in the attaching of a military style oxygen maskWork hard...Play harder!Dino
