AggieDave 6 #2 January 27, 2011 How deep is the water where you're putting the gates up?--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
skyfiend 0 #3 January 27, 2011 I think around 1.5m max 2m Nick
AggieDave 6 #4 January 27, 2011 For slightly shallower depths, I used an extra long black widow pole (gate height + water depth) and placed an oak dowel in the pond bottom to hold it. Collapsing the pole with a pool noodle piece over the base of the gate, so it would float on the surface.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." dragon2 0 #5 January 27, 2011 Does it have to be windblades? If you go with lower gates, it's way easier to set stuff up that already floats: Lake Bussloo Swoop 2008 Empuriabrava beachboogie 2007 ciel bleu, Saskia
