canopies

looking to try a selection of canopies and work out which i like best before i buy. thinking katana 120, mamba 117 or 124, crossfire 119, what else is in this performance range worth giving a go?

Blade is also fun. All depends what you're looking for but I think that list (plus the blade) is a good place to start.

well if you are flying the 135 right now (which I think you are)

you shoudl try the canopies in the size you are currently jumping, it will giv eyou more of a reference point in what you are doing.

I just dropped a size in the same canopy type, and it was a huge difference so dropping a size and changing platforms can really throw you for a loop...

I'm loading up a tad less, but I'll second the samurai. I definitely like my samurai over the mamba I jumped back when it was still called the aerodyne experimental canopy at the WFFC last year.

I got a strong urge to fly, but I got no where to fly to. -PF
