JohnRich 4 #1 September 8, 2011 One of the feature stories on the home page (attached) says that the National Skydiving competition will occur in "the Lone Star state". But then when you click on that story it says that it will be held in Arizona. Which is it? One of the two is wrong, either the introduction on the home page, or the detailed story. Someone is going to get confused and show up ready to compete, at the wrong drop zone. Then there's the use of a question mark for an apostrophe, overuse of capitalization, and a very poorly constructed sentence...
Meso 38 #2 September 8, 2011 Thanks for the heads up. I am working on fixing the confusion at the moment. As for the writing, it was in the form of a press release sent to us via e-mail.
JohnRich 4 #3 September 8, 2011 I looked for the name of the author, and found none. I figured it was straight from USPA. Someone there is a real bozo for this one.
Meso 38 #4 September 8, 2011 The confusion was my fault as the press release referenced two competitions and I had listed one and used the top headline which was for the other. As for the question marks instead of apostrophes, I think that may be a character setting on your side that displays ` as ?. I have amended the article and adjusted all instances of `s to 's.
