Kdsosso 0 #1 June 15, 2005 Just a quick question...Is it possible for another user to break into another "posters" PM's and E-mail? and can a "moderator" see PM's and posts (that is IF he/she had time...lol...)? I'm not a techie, so I'm just curious. Thank you
 skybytch 259 #2 June 15, 2005 Greenies can't see your pm's (or find out your password, or see that you are online if you are "invisible"...) but I believe HH could do all of that if he really wanted to. It's happened before, and is a situation that usually requires intervention from HH.-- Tom Aiello [email protected] SnakeRiverBASE.com
 Kdsosso 0 #4 June 15, 2005 Thanks Lisa and Tom for the information Hey, Lisa...I'll see you at the American Boogie! But your network administrator (or ISP) should be able to see everything (including passwords, images, etc) if they desire to, since it is not a secure browser session. The common way to know if it is secure session or not is to look for "https" in the address/URL line. "s" stand for secure or some such. If you log onto your bank or something then you should have an "https". There are third party products that do things differently but you'd probably know it if you were using them. My .02 Blue Skyes You can have it good, fast, or cheap: pick two.
 Join the conversation You can post now and register later.
