The problem is when I go to check my E-mail it says invalid folder ID and give me a folder number. What can I do to fix the problem and get a valid ID number.

Go to the myDROPZONE page (link in the top right corner). Log off and log back in again...then check your mail again.

Hmm. I don't need to log off and on. As long as I do it from the MyDropzone page, I can check my mail. From the front page, it has never worked as far as I can remember.
Thought the HH might find this interesting.
