It wold be just another folder under community that people could make a thread with their name as the subject and anyone who has bought something from them could post a comment on the transaction to let others know how it went. I know i was slightly nervous that i might get ripped off from the guy i bought my first rig from and it might ease some nerves to know if the person has had a good trade history.
