showithers 0 #1 August 29, 2008 I have spent four, three minutes session in a wind tunnel, and I can't seem to get over the problem; at first as was tracking just a bit forward, but now I keep moving back fast if I am not held onto. Anyone have any ideas?
kirkverner 0 #2 August 29, 2008 You need more legs out. It sounds like you're bracketing. At first you drove forward with too much leg and to fix that you bent your legs more. You always want balance, equal push from the upper and lower body. Go back to the tunnel and get some coaching, it wont take you long to fix this problem. Morrison79 0 #3 August 29, 2008 Get more time! Did you do all 12 minutes at once? Like the other guy said more legs.
Jewels 0 #4 August 29, 2008 If you can get more time, you might try just some controlled movements deliberately going forwards and backwards as well. If you're moving backwards, correct by motions that would push you forward until you find the balance point.TPM Sister #
stormywinters 1 #5 August 29, 2008 If your forward and backwards movements is on and off, you need to adjust you body slower. Make sure your knees are a little wider than your shoulders, this will make your leg movement not respond so fast. If you are going to back slide in to the wall, just make sure your hitting the wall with your toes, not your knees.
