Skydive New Mexico in Belen is the closest place. Eloy is about 7 hours away. If you happen to be in ABQ visiting before you move, come out to our weekly happy hour gathering at a place called the Monte Vista Fire Station...15 cent wings, beer, and lots of exaggerated skydiving stories...been doing that for years. We're a small club, currently with a 182 that climbs to altitude in 25 min (it's had some mods...). Yes, we'e small, but I've made friends for life since I've been here, and if you've never experienced a small DZ atmosphere, you're missing out...at least the social aspects. Anyway, If you need anything, or any help looking for a place to live, PM me and I'd be more than willing to give you a hand!
