Evelyn 0 #1 November 10, 2003 Did anyone else see the stunt plane that was out at Perris on Saturday? It was pretty amazing, really fun to watch. Scared the crap out of me though the first time it came out because I had just landed and was walking in when I heard a plane and looked up to see this plane flying really low and headed straight towards me (at least that was how it looked to me). dgskydive 0 #2 November 10, 2003 That was Perris's own Mike Mangold. U.S. Champion. He has coming out once or twice a month for the last few months. Any time there is something happening he shows up with that little beauty of a plane. You should have went out to the swoop and chug! riggerrob 558 #3 November 17, 2003 Back in 1997 Mike took me for a half-hour flight in his Pitts S-2 aerobatic biplane. We did inside maneuvers and outside maneuvers, spins both up right and inverted. That was the only time I ever saw stars while riding in an airplane! Hee! Hee!
