skycat 0 #27 March 15, 2007 QuoteQuoteGotcha beat. LP 02'. 9 jumps 8 days. Amateur. WFFC '04. 10 days, 6 jumps. LP '05. 10 days, 2 jumps. LP '06. 10 days, 1 jump. But since I can't jump right now, I know I'll do better at LP this year. I think I win, Holiday Boogie 2002, 7 days 0 jumps. Of course I had broken my wrist two days before the boogie snowboarding.Fly it like you stole it!

peek 20 #29 March 15, 2007 QuoteIn all honesty... Rantoul (WFFC) is Fading Fast. I have been the past 3 years and it gets smaller and smaller every year. It is still alot of Fun but Nothing like it used to be. Perhaps some of the naysayers of the WFFC will take notice your statement and quit using information they remember from the 1990's to scare novices away from going to the WFFC! The WFFC has been reflecting skydiving in general for quite some time now, that is, a general decline in the activity of experienced jumpers. Some more local boogies may be increasing in attendance, and for good reason. Travel is more expensive and nearly every DZ has a decent turbine aircraft. But the WFFC is special, and there is a lot of fun to be had there.
