MOTION: Motion was made by Mike Truffer and 2nd by George Galloway that PIA distribute the “letter” by Mark Schlatter to those who attended Robert Feldmen’s presentation at the 2007 PIA Symposium. Discussion then ensued. Following discussion a vote was called. Dan Poynter requested voting by secret ballot. Motion failed with a vote of 18 “No” and 4 “Yes”.
