CornishChris 5 #3 July 3, 2007 Speak to your CCI but I imagine a refresher of reserve drills would be fine... CJP Gods don't kill people. People with Gods kill people
damion75 0 #4 July 4, 2007 Given that it has been more than 30 days, they will need to refresh your EPs etc. They may also want you to have a check jump with an AFFI or possibly an FS Coach. But I think that most CCIs will be sympathetic to your cause given the state of the weather here for the last month... *************** Not one shred of evidence supports the theory that life is serious - look at the platypus. popsjumper 2 #5 July 4, 2007 Yeah, I'm a dumbass. Doesn't the BPA have something similar to USPA's Skydiver Information Manual (SIM)?My reality and yours are quite different. I think we're all Bozos on this bus. Falcon5232, SCS8170, SCSA353, POPS9398, DS239
Peterkn 17 #6 July 4, 2007 The BPA Ops Manual says this ...... 3. REVISION TRAINING 3.1. Any Student Parachutist who does not complete his/her first descent within 48 hours of completing the Basic Training System Syllabus must be given some form of revision training, as directed by the CCI. This is to be recorded on/in the Student Parachutist’s Training Record Card/Log Book. 3.2. Until the first five descents have been completed Student Parachutists must receive revision training prior to their first descent of the day. This is to be recorded on/in the Student Parachutist’s Training Record Card/Log Book. 3.3. Should a gap of a maximum of one calendar month elapse since the last recorded Revision Training Session, a practical and theoretical assessment (including exits and malfunctions) must be undertaken and if appropriate a written examination. This is to be recorded on/in the Student Parachutist’s Training Record Card/Log Book. 3.4. Should a gap of a maximum of three calendar months elapse since the last recorded Revision Training Session, a full basic training syllabus must be revised. The duration of this training will be at the discretion of the instructor. This is to be recorded on/in the Student Parachutist’s Training Record Card/Log Book.
