You are right.

Jumps from 30,000 would entail breathing 100% O2 from below 10,000 until about 2 minutes before exit. At that time you would disconnect from the on-board O2 supply and start breathing from you bail out system. Most commonly used are twin 53's with a useful time of around 15/30 minutes. I have deployed as high as 28,000 and not had a problem with O2. Note, this was not with sports gear and a small, H/P main. Sports gear is not designed or tested to be used under these conditions.
