jsreznor 0 #1 October 14, 2008 Just a question about lying on your back in a belly-to-earth type of dive. After my exits I flip onto my back for a few seconds and watch the plane fly away, but I always spin slowly to my right. I'm obviously not even in my reverse arch, so what can I do to counteract this? I guess dropping my left arm a bit would put some counter resistance, but would doing something like a toe tap to even out my legs even work? Thanks! That'll rotate you a bit and turn you in the other direction Reaching out with an arm away from the direction you want to turn works. Mostly, you want to be even. Your legs need to be symetrical.
