LisaH 0 #1 December 13, 2010 Jordan's ash dive will be this Saturday, December 18th, at Skydive Elsinore. It was his request. His family will be here. The memorial is the day before, Friday, December 17th at the church on base at Camp Pendleton. "Staff Sgt. Jordan B. Emrick, 26, of Hoyleton, Ill., died Nov. 5 while conducting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan." Jordan was diffusing an IED. After successfully diffusing it, while walking away, he stepped on another one. Let's show his family how much love we had for Jordan, how much respect we have for him, what he stood for and what he's done for us and our country, and show his family why he loved skydiving so much. RIP Jordan. You will be missed so much. Be yourself! MooOOooOoo

DSessom 0 #3 December 14, 2010 I'll be so glad when all our troops get to leave that hell hole. I didn't know Jordan, but he looks like an awesome guy. I work as a civilian for the Army, so I have seen several friends injured and killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. SSG Emrick - SALUTE!!! Rest in peace brother.-NooB-
NiteQwill 0 #4 December 18, 2010 I wish I could be there Lisa. Having jumped and known Jordan, it would be an honor to pay tribute to him. He always had a smile and a POSITIVE attitude regardless of how/what/when the jump went. He will be missed."Fail, fail again.
