masterrig 1 #4 February 12, 2015 You bet! I really believe the 'anti-gunners' are too much into 'knee jerk' responses and drastic measures to get what they want. The decision by the judge is the right one. Chuck
headoverheels 291 #5 February 12, 2015 I'm no gun fan, but I see this as the correct decision.
champu 1 #6 February 12, 2015 Here's the ruling (pdf warning) Conveniently, of course, California just passed Alejo's AB 1609 which prohibits California residents from bringing a firearm in from out of state without delivering it to a CA FFL so the FFL can deliver it back to them, so for the time being this means nothing to people here. If Mance v. Holder survives the inevitable hubbub, it's unclear if CA P.C. 27585 would necessarily meet the same fate. Time [as in years] will tell. Sad all they want to do is make buck. Handguns are only used to fight your way to a good rifle

Holder. In that case, the Northern District of Texas held that the Federal ban on interstate transfers of firearms except through an FFL was unconstitutional."America will never be destroyed from the outside, if we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves."
