steve1 5 #5 May 28, 2002 rgoper,I knew a timber-faller once who did this. He had a nice new pickup, but couldn't make the payments. So he fell a very large tree across it and then said it was an accident. He collected a lot of full coverage insurance money. I've also seen other fallers who did this when they were too lazy to move their truck. Accidents happen. I even nocked my own windshield out with a small tree, when I was learning to fall timber.
