How are you able to post a pic for your profile....
The image i want is "too big"......it says file must be 9.7 or smaller.
any advice on how to change it's size or format would be great.
it is now in microsoft photo editor......do i need to change it too jpg ???
how is all this done ????

You can use a jpg no problem. The trick is to find or edit a pic small enough and low res enough to fit the size requirements.
