I learned this technique in Korea. See....there was so little to do that even after you spent a full day at work, then cooked dinner, then went to the gym, there was still time for drinking most days. So...I had to put myself on a schedule. No drinking unless I was off work the next day. If I hadn't done that, I'm certain I would have been completely drunk for 14 months. It served me pretty well.
